Built by Hand. Refined by Precision.
The journey from woodworking to handloading — driven by the same obsession with doing things the right way.
About Worroll & Sons
Worroll & Sons started as a place to document the things we built with our hands — furniture, yard projects, and the kind of work that teaches patience, precision, and pride. Over time, that same mindset led us into a new craft: handloading ammunition.
Reloading isn’t so different from woodworking. Both demand attention to detail. Both reward craftsmanship. Both teach you to slow down, do things the right way, and take ownership of the final product. The only real difference is the material — instead of wood and hardware, it’s brass, powder, primers, and bullets.
Today, Worroll & Sons is focused on the world of precision reloading, starting with 9mm subsonic development for suppressed shooting. I recently added a Dillon Precision RL550C to the bench and began documenting the entire process — from setup, to load development, to chronograph testing, to suppressed performance.
This site is for shooters who want to understand why a load works, not just copy numbers from a manual. It’s for people who appreciate craftsmanship, data, and the satisfaction of building something with their own hands — one round at a time.
The woodworking and yard‑work projects that originally lived here haven’t disappeared. They’re part of the story. They taught the discipline and curiosity that now drive my reloading journey. You’ll find them in the archive, preserved for anyone who still finds them useful.
If you’re here for reloading, suppressed shooting, or the pursuit of the perfect subsonic round, you’re in the right place. This is the next chapter — and I’m glad you’re here for it.
